Candidates may submit representations, if any, regarding errors in the question paper or answer options provided in the CBT examination (such as an error in the question or more than one correct option in an MCQ) only under these specific conditions. Representations regarding insufficient time, questions being out of syllabus/portion, examination experience, copying-related issues, or any other general complaints shall not be entertained.

The representation must be submitted to the Exam Cell through email at kplexam2026@gmail.com within 24 hours of completion of the CBT examination for Junior Assistant and within 24 hours of completion of the examination for Junior Accountant, along with a copy of the Hall Ticket and Admission Copy.

Representations received after the stipulated 24-hour period will not be accepted or considered under any circumstances. The email must clearly mention the specific issue with proper details; unclear or incomplete representations will not be considered.

If a representation is found valid, necessary corrections will be incorporated. No separate communication will be issued regarding general complaints or representations that are not considered.

The KPL Recruitment CBT examination has been scheduled for 21.06.2026. The timing details are as mentioned below.

• Candidates whose 10th or 12th mark sheets do not include final marks due to COVID-related disruptions may submit their queries via email.

• Once an application is submitted, it cannot be edited or modified. For any issues or clarifications, please reach out to us via email.

• The exam will cover the topics listed in the syllabus provided in the notification. No additional detailed syllabus or reference materials will be shared. Candidates are encouraged to refer relevant publications and foundational texts related to the specified topics.

• Candidates must make the payment and submit the application even if there is an issue with the payment status; any duplicate payments will be refunded.

🚨 NEW NOTICE FOR PwBD CANDIDATES 🚨
• Eligible candidates seeking the facility of a scribe and/or compensatory time must obtain prior approval from the Exam Cell on 10.06.2026 at 10:00 AM by submitting a formal request via email. Requests received after the stipulated time will not be considered, and the facility cannot be extended thereafter. The Examination Team will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to submit the request on time.

Candidates must submit the enclosed Self-Declaration Form (PDF) along with the necessary supporting documents/proofs while applying for this facility.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
Candidates are advised to verify all details in their Admit Card (Hall Ticket) immediately. Any discrepancy must be reported to the Examination Authority on or before 17.06.2026, 05:00 PM. Requests received after the deadline will not be considered. Candidates reporting to the examination centre with unreported discrepancies may not be permitted to appear for the examination at any cost.

The last date for submission of requests for Scribe and/or Compensatory Time by eligible PwBD candidates has been extended up to 17.06.2026, 05:00 PM. Candidates reporting to the examination centre without prior approval for Scribe and/or Compensatory Time will not be provided these facilities. The Examination Authority shall not be responsible for any inconvenience arising due to late or non-submission of requests.

Notice for PwD Candidates - Junior Assistant / Junior Accountant CBT Examination

Eligible PwBD candidates may visit their allotted test centre prior to the examination date to familiarize themselves with the facilities and accessibility arrangements available at the centre.Candidates without permission copy from exam cell will not allowed to visit the facility at any cost.

Dear Candidate,

This is with reference to the application submitted for the post of Junior Assistant / Junior Accountant at KPL under the PwD category for the Computer Based Examination (CBT) scheduled to be held on 21st June 2026.

Candidates who have applied under the PwD category are requested to submit the prescribed supporting documents for scrutiny and approval by the Competent Authority for availing the facility of scribe and/or compensatory time during the examination.

Applicable Government Guidelines

  1. OM No. F. No. 34-02/2015-DD-III dated 29.08.2018
    Guidelines for conducting written examination for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
  2. OM No. F. No. 29-6/2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022
    Guidelines for conducting written examination for persons having less than 40% disability but experiencing difficulty in writing.

A. Candidates with Benchmark Disability (40% or more)

  • Annexure-I / Appendix-I – Certificate regarding physical limitation in writing capability.
  • Annexure-II / Appendix-II – Letter of Undertaking for using own scribe.

B. Candidates with Less than 40% Disability Having Difficulty in Writing

  • Appendix-I – Certificate issued by the competent multi-member Government Medical Authority.
  • Appendix-II – Letter of Undertaking for using own scribe.

Important Instructions

  • Candidates opting for scribe facility shall arrange their own scribe at their own cost.
  • The qualification of the scribe should be one level below the qualification of the candidate.
  • Candidate and scribe must submit the prescribed undertaking and passport-size photograph.
  • Eligible candidates shall be allowed compensatory time as per Government guidelines.
  • All documents submitted must be genuine and issued by the competent authority.
  • Any misuse of the scribe facility may lead to cancellation of candidature.
  • If the scribe assists beyond permitted norms, the examination shall be terminated.
